KATHY MEADOWS
VP of Human Resources
 Kathy Meadows joined Life Force International in 1997 after a 12-year career in the legal field. She brought extensive knowledge in many areas of law to the company, including business law.
Upon joining Life Force International, Kathy dedicated her time to studying the inner-workings of the company her parents had founded. She learned about the company's products and compensation plan, along with OSHA Compliance, workplace safety, labor law compliance, and human resource management techniques and practices.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Kathy now works directly with employees focusing her efforts on maintaining the company benefits packages such as 401k, medical, dental, and all related Human Resource matters. |
